We are a Nairobi company. The people who built VetHubCore have stood in Kenyan clinics on a Saturday morning and watched a queue form while the front desk hunts for a file. That is the problem the software is shaped around: get the record found, the visit charged and the client paid in the time you actually have.

Kenya's practices are rarely one thing. A clinic in Nakuru might see cats and dogs on Monday and a dairy herd on Tuesday. VetHubCore carries both on one login, so a mixed practice is not running two systems and reconciling them by hand.

Payments that match the counter

M-Pesa is built into billing, not bolted onto it. A client pays from the counter or from the pet-owner portal, and the STK prompt, the confirmation and the invoice are the same transaction. Card payments work alongside it for corporate and insurance clients. Payments settle against the invoice automatically, so the front desk is not reconciling a payment confirmation against a paper receipt at the end of the day.

Records worth keeping

Every consultation, vaccination, prescription, lab result and procedure lands in one file per animal. That matters for continuity of care, and it matters when you need to produce a treatment history — the standard the Kenya Veterinary Board expects practices to maintain. Records are searchable in seconds rather than stacked in a cabinet.

VetHubCore is used by small-animal clinics, mixed practices, agrovets and veterinary suppliers. The platform is cloud-based, so it works anywhere with a connection — including practices in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret, and rural practices working off a phone.
