Why we built it

Walk into most veterinary clinics in this region and you will find the same picture: a diary on paper, patient files in a cabinet, stock counted once a month if anyone remembers, lab results arriving by WhatsApp, and an invoice written out by hand while a queue builds at the desk. The vets are excellent. The systems around them are held together with goodwill.

The software that exists was mostly written for practices somewhere else. It assumes a card terminal at reception, prices in dollars, and offers support that answers after your clinic has closed. Practices here end up paying for a tool that fits badly or carrying on with paper.

VetHubCore is the alternative: one system covering the whole floor — consultations, records, laboratory, surgery, imaging, inpatient care, boarding, grooming, pharmacy, inventory, billing and a pet-owner portal — with M-Pesa built into billing rather than bolted on, and pricing set in the currency you actually earn in.
